Flat prices on the jobs we get asked for most. Anything not listed runs at our $95 hourly rate, one-hour minimum, quoted before we start.
TVs up to 65 inches set level on the bracket you have, cords tucked. Soundbars and larger sets quoted on the call.
Nail pops, doorknob holes, cracks, and water dents filled, sanded, and textured to match, ready for your paint.
Kitchen and bath faucets, shower heads, and supply lines swapped for the parts you provide.
Beds, dressers, desks, shelving, and cribs built, leveled, and wall-anchored where needed.
Doors that stick, drag, or will not latch re-hung, planed, or re-aligned, hinges and strikes adjusted.
Floating shelves, brackets, mirrors, curtain rods, and gallery walls set level and anchored into studs.
Like-for-like fixture and fan swaps on existing wiring, mounted, balanced, and tested.
Flappers, fill valves, wax rings, and loose seats repaired so the toilet stops running and rocking.
Tubs, sinks, and windows re-caulked, and drafty doors weatherstripped so they seal.
Bathroom grab bars, stair rails, and handrails anchored into studs or blocking to hold weight.
Prices cover labor only. Parts and fixtures are billed at cost with the receipt. Book two or more jobs in one visit and the trip pays off faster.
